Sales Bad, Service good.... I attempted 2 different times to test drive a new Kia. (I currently own a 2016) Was introduced to Larry wo info rmed me that they currently did no I attempted 2 different times to test drive a new Kia. (I currently own a 2016) Was introduced to Larry wo info rmed me that they currently did not have a Telluride available for test drive however in the 40 min that I stood in the hot showroom I watched a family test drive one off the front line and it was then parked backbone the front line spot. When I requested to drive it ibwqs told I could look but not touch. That it was spoken for. He then informed he he would be happy to order one for me. Why would anyone order a 47k vehicle that they can't even drive? I get it that they are a hot commodity right now but Larry was very curt and unfriendly with me. I mentioned that I just won't buy car I can't test drive. He said "yep sorry have a nice day" did and about face and walked off. Wow. I Will buy another Kia just not from Lou Fuze. On another note....the service guys are outstanding... . More
