He never tried to add a bunch of extras, nor did he ever make us feel uncomfortable. He knew all the features of the vehicle, and made sure we knew how to use each one. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, he made it as easy as possible. Larry, thank you for all of your help. First, I put a deposit down on a car that was still in the loaner pool. I was promised that it would be taken out of the loaner pool that night. Instead, it was lent out the next day, and the client did the loaner pool. I was promised that it would be taken out of the loaner pool that night. Instead, it was lent out the next day, and the client didn’t return it that night. It took a call from me the next day for the salesman to even realize that the car wasn’t at the dealership. An employee had to go get the car from the person’s house. I found my sales person to be very frustrating. He promised many things that occurred only in a delayed fashion, such as contacting my insurance company. He promised it early on a Friday, but instead waited for Monday morning when I was set to pick up the car. So, when I arrived, he said to come back later to pick up the car. The paperwork wasn’t ready and the car had only gone in for detailing when I arrived. So, I would not recommend this salesman or care to deal with him again. On the other hand, Steve, the manager for pre-owned cars was courteous, efficient and professional. This is probably the 6th or 7th Audi I have owned; most were purchased at another dealership. So, I have mixed feelings about this dealership. More
