When I started having issues with my new car, Rob(Service Manager, Larry(Salesperson) and Rich(GM) all helped address the issues I was experiencing. They helped me get a resolution to the issue in a timely matter. If it was not for their superior support I might still not have a resolution to the issue. I will be buying future cars from this dealership because they show how to treat a customer before and after a sale. More

No pressure and they pay attention to detail. I purchases my Audi Q5 from Larry Hutt with the help of Mike Castoria. It was the smoothest transition from one Audi to another. When I tell you they say you are family, they are not lying. I have been in the Catena family with two Lexus purchases and now my two Audi's, There is a reason this company has went from a used car dealership to one of the most known dealerships in the United States. If you go to Freehold Audi, a Ray Catena dealership, definitely ask for Ron from the get-go. He was personable and knowledgeable and took care of every detail - including adding my new car to my existing insurance policy. This is a classy dealership and we were treated very well.
