Mark does a great job of closing the deal and explaining everything to our satisfaction. I have only ever worked with 2 salesmen in the 15 years we have been going there, and I know I can call or text Bill anytime and he will get right back to me. This is the only business in the Tri-Cities where we just stop in to say “hi” to all our friends and catch up. More

After a great test drive and conversation with Frank, met with Larry one of the managers and another great experience with honesty and personalization of a person who truly likes their job. After purchasing the vehicle met with Mark went over paperwork and warranties and talked, another great experience with someone who loves her job.
