Frank is by far the most personal car sales man I have met. He’s there to answer all questions and has an immediate response for them. When you think of traditional car saleman traits he doesn’t really ha met. He’s there to answer all questions and has an immediate response for them. I would like to thank Frank’s Valle and the entire Overturf crew for our new car! If you’re looking for a vehicle, these are the people to work with! Frank was great to work with but he is an even Overturf crew for our new car! If you’re looking for a vehicle, these are the people to work with! Frank was great to work with but he is an even better person. He truly cares about the customer and puts their needs in front of his own agenda. Multiple times, he had a day off but came into the dealership to take cake of me and my wife’s questions. He is always willing to go above and beyond expectations and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Overturf didn’t have the exact car we were looking for but Frank was able to organize a dealer trade with a dealership in Seattle. As soon as I said that I wanted the vehicle, a couple of Overturf employees DROVE to Seattle that night to pick it up. This was all a surprise for my wife and the whole team made this so special for us. Without me asking, they tied balloons to the vehicle and recorded her reaction when she saw it! My husband and I were at the end of our lease on our 2017 Forte. Wenatchee no longer has a Kia dealership, so we chose to contact Overturf. Sales Manager Larry Lambert explained the process over the phone, and asked for a text of a couple of documents so that they could get the paperwork started before we drove down there. He was always immediately available to answer any questions via phone. We had a small issue due to a misscomunication, but he and Frank Valle were quick to offer a solution. Frank clearly explained, and physically showed us all of the aspects the new car had to offer. He was a pleasure to work with. Everyone we worked with was very professional, yet very down to earth. The paperwork was done quickly with Mark (they had most of it ready before we got there), and we were out the door. I would highly recommend Overturf Motors. It felt nothing like the typical "wheeling and dealing" car dealership! More
