Frank Valle and the sales office provide outstanding service After purchasing my new used Kia, I returned to Overturf Motors because I discovered that my 2019 Optima did not come with a spare tire! All my past After purchasing my new used Kia, I returned to Overturf Motors because I discovered that my 2019 Optima did not come with a spare tire! All my past vehicles always came equipped with one. But I was informed that beginning about 2015, most vehicles no longer come with a spare tire. However, this did not stop the sales team at Overturf to rectify my situation (especially since I purchased the new vehicle in readiness for a long road trip). I came away with a temporary spare at no charge. Additionally, my new vehicle plates that had just arrived the very day I came by to share my concern. Frank gave me my new registration and installed my new license plates. Great coincidence and great and superb service! More
