This is the worst dealership I have EVER dealt with. The service department was worse than poor. They have pitiful communication standards and are not honest. The mechanic I have been using and trust from another shop told me exactly what I need, but they do not work on transmissions. I foolishly took it to Arrigo who told me I needed over $10,000 dollars worth of work on my engine. It was fine when I drove it there. If it needed so much work, why were they so interested in buying it from me? I do not trust the integrity of either the sales or service department and neither should you! It used to be a good service dept. until Arrigo sold it. More
