From start to finish working with Jose was a fantastic experience. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire process since I was out of experience. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire process since I was out of town at the time. He evaluated the car I had at the time and was able to get me more than I asked for on my trade. When it came time to finalize paperwork and pick up my new vehicle I was running very late (close to closing!) but Jose was more than willing to wait for me to get there. With Jose’s assistance and the diligence of the finance department I was in and out of the dealership quickly. Jose knew I had a long drive home and provided me with coffee and snacks (without me asking!). Outstanding customer service! More
