He even showed me everything I needed to know about the car that I chose, patiently answering questions. Afterwards when I contacted him about buying an additional key he called me immediately to help! He not only emailed me the info I needed for the key he also emailed me several help guides for my car. I absolutely plan to use them again for my next vehicle. I happened to stumble upon driverselect.com while searching for cars, read reviews about them and saw nothing but good reviews. Some of the negative ones were about having to wait at the dealership (which can be avoided if you give them a list of cars you want to see) The catch is you have to be prepared and play by some rules. The rules are simple 1) Look up cars in their stock online and select a few in your order of preference. 2) Unless you can pay by cash or cashiers check, apply for financing via driverselect (They will work with you! , they brought down my monthly payments) 3) Submit paper work online (via email , DL, insurance and such) Larry Pevey was prompt in his responses. 4) Be there for your appointment and test drive your cars, select one and you will be out of the dealership in less than 2 hours! 5) Do not expect any negotiation - their prices are very low & they are transparent about their process. Drive away a happy customer! I drove all the way from houston to Dallas to get this deal! My sales guy was Larry Pevey - He was willing to help, not pushy , transparent and was quick in responding. More

A whole new and wonderful experience buying a car. I was looking for a late model Tiguan for my daughter who is in college, and stumbled across Driversselect.com on Cars.com or Autotrader.com. After g I was looking for a late model Tiguan for my daughter who is in college, and stumbled across Driversselect.com on Cars.com or Autotrader.com. After getting baited and switched twice by Hendrick Volkswagen in Frisco, I started working with Larry Pelky on a 2015 Tiguan they had on their lot. The pictures of the vehicle looked great and it only had 13,477 miles on the car for $16,249. I live in Oklahoma City and could not check the car out, so I was relying on Larry to be honest with me about the condition of the car. I was ready to put down a deposit to hold the care so I could fly to Dallas and buy it, when Larry called to tell me that they had just received another Tiguan in inventory, and he thought I would like it better. Turns out it was a 2017 Tiguan with 2 years remaining on the factory warranty, and it only had 9,100 miles on it. Again, I asked Larry to make an executive decision on my behalf and put the deposit on the car he thought I would be most happy with. I arrived at the dealership yesterday and the car was sitting in the "Sold Vehicles" area of the dealership. Larry had provided me with a Purchase Agreement that showed the total remaining balance, and told me that I would be working with Frank when i arrived. Frank was amazing to deal with and had all of the paperwork ready when I arrived. It took about 15 minutes for me to hand Frank the cashier's check and sign all of the documents, and was on my way. I drove the car back to Oklahoma City and it is perfect. Not a single blemish on the car, and it drives like a brand new car. I have been telling all of my friends and family about this experience, and I definitely plan to buy from Driversselect in the future.
