My experience was very pleasant. The entire experience with Jim Ellis Kia was absolutely wonderful thanks to Larry Pedersen. Due to low availability I worked with Larry for over a month to secure a Telluride in the Trim I wanted. Larry ke wonderful thanks to Larry Pedersen. Due to low availability I worked with Larry for over a month to secure a Telluride in the Trim I wanted. Larry kept in contact and provided updates through the entire process, I really felt like his goal was to not sell a car but make sure I was able to get the vehicle I wanted. He made me feel like I was his only Customer, which I'm sure I wasn't but the attention he gave me while we waited for my Telluride to come in, made me feel like I was his priority. When the truck arrived with the Telluride I wanted, Larry called me immediately but when I arrived at the Dealership, the vehicle I wanted was no longer available, these go incredibly fast right now. Larry went above and beyond to secure me another vehicle and even delivered it to me the following day when it was ready. I also worked with Mustafa in financing and he made the process quick and comfortable. He was a joy to talk to and he took all the stress away from a typically stressful situation, that was very much appreciated. I would suggest Jim Ellis Kia and Larry to anyone interested in buying or leasing a Kia, he was really the best salesperson I have ever worked with. You could also tell that the Management and Owner of the Dealership must treat their Team right because everyone was a great mood and seemed to be happy to be there. Overall, it was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Thank you for my new Telluride, absolutely love it! More
