Larry was an amazing sales person. He spent the time to explain in detail the 150 point pre-certified criteria. Tony, the manager was also a very professional and caring person. He exuded confidence in his product which was the SUV and made me feel safe in chosing this particular vehicle. I was very happy with Hillside Honda and came away with a very positive experience which could have been scary and stressful if not for the wonderful staff of this dealership. Passed by and stopped at Hillside Honda on a Friday to see a commuter car that my wife had seen on-line. Even though it was a trim line lower than what she wanted, she thought it would fulfill our needs. see a commuter car that my wife had seen on-line. As I walked onto the lot the Salesman, Larry was on a phone call, quickly and respectfully, he terminated the call as he could tell that I had questions. As I proceeded to talk about our needs and inspect the car, Larry was very receptive. He was not at all pushy nor did he try to upsell me into something that would not suit our needs. A complete gentleman. Returning with my wife on Saturday for a test drive, she quickly determined that the car she had seen on-line wasn't going to work for her. We would have probably settled for another vehicle but Larry remembered from our conversation the day earlier that we wanted the higher trim level. Larry informed us that late in the afternoon on Friday the dealership received in the model and trim line that she originally wanted. My wife was in Love with the car and perhaps, Larry as well. We negotiated a price with Larry and Mike; the sales manager, and I knew that we got a great deal from a great team. The car was immaculate and the dealership was first rate. Collectively, they all made our car buying experience a pleasant one. It will not be forgotten. Thanks More

I was looking to purchase a certified pre-owned Honda Accord for my mom and since Hillside Honda had a an excellent Better Business Bureau rating and was close to her home we decided to go there. As we entered the dealership Larry immediately cheerfully greeted us. We explained to him the vehicle we were looking for. At the time our specifications were generally difficult to find in a pre-owned vehicle and they had not had a good fit for us but offered to show us alternatives. Since this was the first dealership we went to, we decided to visit some other dealerships to see their options. Larry was not pushy. He actually cared about our best interest and told us to come back to see him if we couldn’t find the very specific car we were looking for or if he had any new inventory that matched our specifications. We ended up going to a few dealers including a non-Honda dealership. None of them had the car we were looking for so we realized we were being unrealistic with our expectations. In addition we had horrible experiences with sales people lying to us and being extremely pushy to just get a sale done. We decided to go back to Larry and ended up purchasing a vehicle we liked. We went back because Larry was honest and the customer service was excellent from the beginning. This dealership actually cares about their customers and wants to provide a pleasant buying experience. Tony and Mike, the managers were also helpful. What really shocked me was how supportive of each other that they were. When I left with my mom, another salesperson congratulated us on our purchase. At a lot of other dealerships salespeople are just fending for their own and could careless about another salespersons client, not realizing people are observing their behavior. BOTTOM LINE: If you want a pleasant, honest, non-pushy environment to buy a car, this is the place to go. The pricing was also competitive. I highly recommend it. More
