You can just tell the staff really cares about the customers. And, I'm not talking about just the sales staff. Although I didn't have direct interaction with the service dept yet, I did see how they interact with other customers. They earned top scores across the board. Had some maintence work done to my 2014 Toyota Rav 4 I am given 5 Stars because , I have been a customer of Torrington Toyota for about 14 years now and they are more like family to me. Always greet me w I am given 5 Stars because , I have been a customer of Torrington Toyota for about 14 years now and they are more like family to me. Always greet me with a smile and awesome customer service. I know all the staff there. You couldn't pay me 1 million dollars to buy another make SUV. I am a Toyota Lifer. After every service the technician comes to me and explains to me what was fixed and if I need further maintenance, they let me know . Keep up the Great work Torrington Toyota More
