Larry Welsh was my sales rep for my new 2011 Dodge Charger. I still had quite a bit of time left on the contract of my 2009 Charger but really wanted the new one. I wasn't wanting to pay any more th Charger. I still had quite a bit of time left on the contract of my 2009 Charger but really wanted the new one. I wasn't wanting to pay any more than what I already was, but realized that I can't have my cake and eat it too. Larry and Jason were both very informative and patient with me and helped me to see "the big picture". They are both seasoned sales professionals that I would have no problem recommending to friends or family, but yet always make me feel like I'm family. I've gone to Dick Scott Dodge for the past several years because of their quality service and large selection of vehicles and will continue to do so for many more! More

When I walked in I was immediately greeted and was asked how they could help me. I let them know what type of vehicle I was looking for and that I had already priced it out at another dealership. They wer how they could help me. I let them know what type of vehicle I was looking for and that I had already priced it out at another dealership. They were able to find for me a vehicle on the lot with more content and for less than the other dealership was going to charge. The truck was ready the following day as promised. The whole process was very smooth. More

My husband has leased a Lexus RX350 for the last 6 years and Volvos before that. Along with Lexus he considered Cadillac SRX, Lincoln MKX, and the new Jeep GC this time. Larry was very helpful without press and Volvos before that. Along with Lexus he considered Cadillac SRX, Lincoln MKX, and the new Jeep GC this time. Larry was very helpful without pressuring us. We leased our new Jeep through Larry. All the personel at Dick Scott were extremely helpful and nice. More

In 2003 when I was looking to lease/buy a new Dodge or Chrysler mini van, I had stopped in many dealerships to see what they could offer me. My final visit was to Dick Scott Dodge and that is where I met Chrysler mini van, I had stopped in many dealerships to see what they could offer me. My final visit was to Dick Scott Dodge and that is where I met Larry Welsh. Larry was different from all of the other sales people that my wife and I talked to about a new van. He wanted to sell me a new van (as all of the other sales people), but was truly interested in helping us in any way he could. The entire dealership (sales and service) made leasing a new van a very pleasant experience. Ever since then when my lease is about to expire, I call Larry and let him know what we are looking to lease. We visit the dealership. We discuss what we would like to have on the vehicle with Larry. Before we leave the showroom, Larry and his sales team find just the perfect vehicle for us. Because of all my past experiences with Dick Scott Dodge(before they added Chrysler and Jeep), I believe that they are the best dealership in the ares. More

Buying or leasing a new vehicle should be a good experience. Sadly enough, it often times is anything but that. I appreciate coming into a dealership and being treated in a supportive manner rathe experience. Sadly enough, it often times is anything but that. I appreciate coming into a dealership and being treated in a supportive manner rather than being subjected to a hard sell approach. Larry Welsh is a pro. Needless to say, he needs to sell the product to make a living. However, his approach was a no nonsense and helpful experience. The mayor of Plymouth, Dan Dwyer said Larry is the best and I will in turn be sending people to Dick Scott to see Mr. Welsh More

After having terrible luck with several salespeople/dealers many years ago, I stumbled upon Larry with Dick Scott. I let him know that I thought car salesman were shady & a dime a dozen. salespeople/dealers many years ago, I stumbled upon Larry with Dick Scott. I let him know that I thought car salesman were shady & a dime a dozen. I told him if I thought he was not being fair or honest I would just go on down the road to the next dealer. (I wasn't very nice.) Larry accepted the challenge (me)& we have been together for 3 cars now. He has been honest, fair and friendly. I am a single Mom with 4 kids and am not the most car savvy person. Larry always listens to what I need/want and tries to make it happen. He genuinely makes me feel that it isn't ALL about making the sale. Even in this economy. He never seems to be annoyed even when I drag all of my monsters into the dealership with me. The whole office is geared towards customer satisfaction. That is painfully obvious by the stacks of letters from the staff inquiring if you are happy with the service provided. I have used the dealership for oil changes and warranty work. They are quick, polite and do quality work. Larry and the rest of the gang at Dick Scott Dodge are outstanding!! I would definitely not go to any other dealership. More
