I would especially like to praise my salesperson, Mike Veloz. Throughout the sales process, Mike maintained a friendly, upbeat manner. Additionally, and most importantly, Mike went to bat for me with Finance and Management; to secure the best deal possible. In my book, Mike Veloz is a stand-up guy. He kept his word and did everything necessary to get me a deal that worked for me. This was the most important part of the deal, in my opinion. Mike never gave up on me, and always stuck to the terms we agreed on. Working with Mike, and others, such as Beau and Ron was a pleasure; and I felt they were all personally invested in getting a deal done for me.
