Wife needed a reliable vehicle. 2019 kona with 12k is what we bought. WHAT COULD BE WRONG WITH THAT. After a bit of haggling we got the car. Was told to bring it into the shop for emissions sticker. Ok n what we bought. WHAT COULD BE WRONG WITH THAT. After a bit of haggling we got the car. Was told to bring it into the shop for emissions sticker. Ok no problem. Loaner will be ready. Well that was wrong. We get there and an hour later the loaner is finally ready. Not that they didn't know we needed one a week ago. So maybe one day. Nope there was a dent in the under frame. It needs parts. Well that was never told to us. A week and a half later all fixed. We wanted answers. All we go it finger pointing as to who didn't do what. The manager gave us a feeling like we should be thanking them for fixing it for free. Then the other option to trade it in for another vechicle. The best was the manager stating that when they take a used vehicle in the walk around it, turn it on to see if any lights are on, and then test drive it. Best line how can we see the undercarriage? We did not get any compensation for the non information of the vehicle not even being checked. A little off the loan or maybe pay for the warrenty really hurt the dealership? But the attitude was take it or leave it. So be aware of there vehicles. Not all the information will be given to you. The car is great but the dealership left us with a shady feeling. More
