I've been a loyal customer of this dealership for some time, having purchased four vehicles here. Throughout our history, I've always felt valued and appreciated, thanks to the exceptional service I recei time, having purchased four vehicles here. Throughout our history, I've always felt valued and appreciated, thanks to the exceptional service I received. However, my recent interactions with an employee named Dan Rosado, or "D R", have left me deeply disappointed. It's not about the price or timeliness of the work, but rather the manner in which I was treated during our encounters. These experiences with him stand in stark contrast to the standard of service I've come to expect from this dealership. Due to this, I will no longer be doing business at this dealership or with this auto group. More

I was told I needed a part for my car which was on back order and they could not give me a date it would be in. They said I couldn’t drive the car since it needed that part. They refused to give me a loan order and they could not give me a date it would be in. They said I couldn’t drive the car since it needed that part. They refused to give me a loaner or pay for a rental. As a single mom I was unable to get to work. My youngest son just had surgery and complications with it and I had no way to get him to his appointments. I also could not get my children to and from school or food shop and run daily errands. They did not help me in anyway. Shame on Hyundai for failing their customer. I will never buy a Hyundai just for this reason alone. Very disappointed and extremely unsatisfied. More
