Legally, they had every right to hold me accountable for the damage that was done to the loaner car, but chose not to because I am a valued customer to them. They had every right to hold me accountable because I signed for the car, although I absolutely did NOT put the damage on the car and have no idea who did- although I believe the damage was there before I signed for it. Therefore, given the excellent response from them, I am revising my rating from 2 stars to 5. I have had a 10 year relationship with them and this is the only time we have had a falling out. I have never had a problem with them doing warranty repair work on the vehicle- they have always come through and this time was no exception. Also, I have the tires for life program with them and they have always provided new tires when the old ones wore out. To qualify for these benefits, the tires have to be rotated regularly and alignments performed, which can be costly, but they have always come through as promised, so no complaints from me on that- only praise, because in the long run it saves me money and hardship. More

Service was very busy but I was greeted by the service advisor as well as the salesman who sold me the car back in December. I was in and out in under an hour. I was not hounded to pay for additional add on services, etc. It was explained to me that I am coming due for certain maintenance procedures on my next visit, but no pressure. The service team is excellent. The only negative I would say is that when I call to make an appointment I am frequently put on hold, then told someone would call me back, at times I never receive a phone call back. More
