Simply the Best! Westside Lexus Service is really the best. It's certainly not the cheapest, but, you get what you pay for. Service for 2015 RX350 Laura is always very helpful and punctual. I had the 25,000 service call and thought it would only take a few minutes (less than an hour) since the oi Laura is always very helpful and punctual. I had the 25,000 service call and thought it would only take a few minutes (less than an hour) since the oil would be checked and not changed. the service took about an hour and twenty-five minutes. having said that, you should be very happy that is the only negative item mentioned. This is my second Lexus from Westside and I am extremely pleased with the dealership and especially my dealings with Laura Brown. Merry Christmas, Jim More
