First time I ever bought a vehicle from a Lady with such beautiful blue eyes. Laura could sell sand to the Arabs and make them smile while doing it. Lots of fun and very personable. Let’s be honest - most folks don’t “enjoy” buying cars, especially not in the current buying climate post COVID. She listened to my needs around pricing and budget, and fit me into a car that surprisingly exceeded what I thought I could get - which ended up being a brand new 2023 Outback. The process between time with her, “deal making”, and the finance paperwork took maybe 3 to 4 hours total - which to me was a miracle. Laura is knowledgeable about the cars she works with, and completely up front around cost, rates, etc. i found the entire experience refreshing. I also loved Laura’s sense of humor and we had many laughs along the way. Since I now live in this area, I’d happily purchase from her in the future and refer her to friends nearby.
