Horrible place. Not impressed at all. Horrible to do business with. I took my 2012 Jeep Compass in for a repair, I needed a new Crankshat Position Sensor whi Not impressed at all. Horrible to do business with. I took my 2012 Jeep Compass in for a repair, I needed a new Crankshat Position Sensor which isn't hard to get to and reports on the Internet say it takes about 30 minutes though it was supposed to rain and I had no place to do it out of the rain and had to be at work early the next morning. I was first told it would be $201.33, when I arrived it moved up to $375.33, when they were done 2 hours later it was $420 and change just to replace a $39 sensor approximately a foot down on the back of the motor. Checking my fluids later I find a bolt sitting under the hood and a nut missing from the small heat shield they had to remove. Called back and was told the mechanic couldn't get the bolt back in so he left it for me to try and that they could order me a nut that I could pick up later and install myself. WTH! So while my vehicle was being worked on I thought I'd look into trading in on another vehicle. Went from the frying pan into the fire.... I have good credit (over 740) but you'd thought I had none the way I was treated. We wanted a 2016 or 2017 Jeep Compass but the Salesman Isom Kelly said he couldn't get us into those because of "negative equity" on our trade and the mileage, we still owed a little over $7,900 on the 2012 Jeep Compass with 135,000+ miles on it, though we got it just 2 years ago with 87,000 miles on it for $10,991+ down the hill at McClarty Nissian. He said he could get us into a 2018 Dodge Journey SE because it had enough rebate coming back on it to make up for the "negative equity". We really didn't want to get into that due to the higher insurance rate and the higher payments but we needed to get into something a little more dependable too so the choices were limited. The first offer was for payments of $425, double what we were paying and an offer to pay our $420 repair bill, approximately 6 hours later we closed the deal with payments of $424 that included a 7 year/100,000 mile warrenty we are paying for and finacing all of the taxes (state, city and county), they wouldn't pay any of them in the deal. Now we find out that we are still paying the $420 repair bill on the 2012 Jeep Compass which is now their vehicle. Moral of the story, unless you like feeling like a begger with a good credit score then keep moving, tgey are out to put the screws to you and take advantage of you. They do not care about you, your needs or your situation, none of them, not the Salesman Isom Kelly, not the Sales Manager Frank Thomas, not the Service Manager Chris Lawhon and not the Customer Relations Manager Laura Mullinax. Period. Don't buy a Dodge Journey SE, no front license plate holder, no bluetooth and no fog lights and there is moisture in both headlight housings. The Service Manager Chris Lawhon says they'll get the headlights replaced but I have yet to hear WHEN. They don't want your business and it shows with every attempt to speak with them. They simply don't care at all and it shows. WTG! More

2nd key was never mailed to us Salesman (Antonio) promised to mail our second key to us which never happened after calling salesman back multiple times we received a call back on th Salesman (Antonio) promised to mail our second key to us which never happened after calling salesman back multiple times we received a call back on the 18th of this month stating she was calling to set up getting another key for the truck. When my husband called the salesman (Antonio) back he was extremely rude to my husband stating since the key wasn't gotten before a month Landers was not responsible for giving him a key. First of all he told us that it would be mailed to us which never happened then after a month of no key we called the salesman back without any result. Then Justin the sales manager got involved 10/23/18 and didn t know what he was talking about stating we missed a few appointments to get a key which was a lie but any ways thank you Laura for being so respectful and fixing a small problem instead of bring rude and giving us an ultimatum( justin) ... we only bought a 3500 Dodge truck and to be disrespected over a key is a mess but what more can you aspect from a salesman that left before we could finish our paperwork and a manager who never asked us what happened or how can he help us. More

Laura Mullinax, customer relations manager was Awesome in getting the issues resolved and took care of me . Because of her interest and the professional way she handled this I would recommend Landers. This lady needs a raise I cant say thank you enough to her for getting my issues resolved. I am very happy with the outcome of my vehicle sale. More
