Loving my 2015 CRV I contacted Autopark Honda via internet looking for a deal on a 2014 or 2015 CRV and I got a quick quote from Laura R. At the dealership I met Larry W I contacted Autopark Honda via internet looking for a deal on a 2014 or 2015 CRV and I got a quick quote from Laura R. At the dealership I met Larry Willis and he made my buying experience very easy. He was very knowledgeable about the Honda brand and able to easily answer my list of questions (with a lot of patience :-)). He did it all with a smile and humor that made my experience relaxing and pleasant. I got a good deal in a hassle free environment. Don in Finance was also very pleasant and works with me to get a great deal. Thanks Laura, Larry, and Don for making this major purchase stress-free. I will highly recommend Larry and Autopark Honda to my friends. More

Earlier in the summer Mark took us on 3 different test dri We definitely recommend Mark Yingling, Laura Robinette, and the team at Auto Park Honda. Earlier in the summer Mark took us on 3 different test drives (Civic, Accord, and CR-V) and was extremely knowledgeable about the differences in the models and all the trim levels. We have purchased many Hondas over the years and Mark has by far been the most knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He followed up but without pressure. Laura Robinette in Internet Sales was responsive and provided a very competitive price. Mark took the time to help setup Bluetooth and make sure we understood all the new features of our new car. Ronny Davis - very down-to-earth Our experience with Ronny Davis at Auto Park Honda was great. I was interested in the Honda Fit with specific features (mainly a rear-view camera) and Our experience with Ronny Davis at Auto Park Honda was great. I was interested in the Honda Fit with specific features (mainly a rear-view camera) and started my search and contact with the dealership online. Once I visited the dealership, Ronny took our case and did not overdo it. He showed us what we wanted to see, explained the car features very well, explained how buying versus leasing worked (it would be our first time leasing a car) and he did not make a thousand follow-up calls, text messages or emails. When I had a question, he called back and answered the question I had. Ronny is a very down-to-earth guy and he did not try to oversell anything to us, which we really liked. Thanks Ronny for helping us get my first car at 42! More

Great First Experience at AutoPark Honda Purchased a new vehicle earlier this week and it was an amazing experience because of the people involved. This was my first trip to AutoPark Honda and it was a great place to visit, but the key was the people I dealt with. Two in particular: 1) Laura Robinette, Internet Sales - she was very courteous, prompt, and informative in her email exchanges. In fact, I was talking to several other dealers including Sanford, Burlington, and Crowne, and none of them were as responsive and helpful as Laura was. Once the initial quote was worked out and agreeable, I was referred to meet with Charlie Kline (sales manager) who then introduced us to the sales rep, Ronny Davis. 2) Ronny Davis was an awesome salesman. Courteous, knowledgeable, helpful - we had done our homework ahead of time so he was very responsive to our requests and needs. He helped facilitate a great deal, was extremely informative about the vehicle we were purchasing, and helped follow through with getting the add ons we wanted in a timely manner. Took delivery of the vehicle today and I am very satisfied. I highly recommend Ronny Davis at AutoPark Honda for your next Honda purchase. More

None of the negative dealership stereotypes, thanks Jim Cirimele! I purchased a new 2013 Honda Civic LX, on 12/21/2013, with the help of sales consultant Jim Cirimele. The evening prior, I negotiated a Cirimele! I purchased a new 2013 Honda Civic LX, on 12/21/2013, with the help of sales consultant Jim Cirimele. The evening prior, I negotiated a great price via e-mail with Internet sales coordinator, Laura Robinette. This was the first new car I've ever purchased and, to be honest, I was not looking forward to what I thought would be the stereotypical "car salesman" interaction. I've read and heard so many salesman horror stories that I just assumed it was something I had to battle though if I wanted to buy a car from a dealership. I was friendly and polite but, inside, I had my guard up the whole time, just in case, and it wasn't until I left Luigi Galeazzi's office (finance manager) that I realized none of the tricks or scams or pressure tactics had been used on me. I can't tell you what a relief that was. Jim was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would not hesitate to purchase future vehicles from AutoPark Honda in Cary, NC. After getting my new Civic home, I noticed a small nick in the paint and a small stain on the hood that I was unable to clean off. I sent an e-mail to Jim, with pictures, and he promptly replied. Jim said to contact him to schedule an appointment and they'd take care of the nick and stain. With the holidays and life in general, I haven't had the time to take my car back to the dealership. Once the those small imperfections are repaired, I'll write another review of my repair experience with AutoPark Honda. I'm sure it will be another great experience. One final note: Every question I've had since the purchase of my new Civic, has been answered quickly and thoroughly by Jim. More

The whole car buying process from start to finish was easy and transparent. I contacted Laura Robinette first, and she gave me the numbers on the CRV I was interested in. I went to the dealership the next day and met with Ronnie. We took a test drive, and in about an hour, I was out of there, the proud lessor of a new CRV. The numbers were exactly what I'd been quoted. There were no hidden charges or fees. It was a great new car experience and I will definitely be back when my lease is up! More

We had previous purchased a new car from Autopark Honda and were favorably impressed by our experience. It is important to me that there is a no haggle experience. I want to pay a fair price and want to know the best price that a dealer can give straight away. I was initially disappointed in that the price quoted on our visit to the dealership was quite a bit higher than what was quoted later online. It is my view that these should be the same. Peter Gazzard was a knowledgeable, extremely pleasant, no pressure salesman who went the extra mile (literally) personally delivering the car the next day to our home in Chapel Hill. In future dealings, I would definitely work with Peter again, but I would always get a quote online first. More
