It took 4 phone calls leaving messages without a return call. FINALLY got through to a live person in the finance dept on the 5th try. LASTLY, the BRAND NEW 2025 vehicle already has a recall which could have been repaired before taking the vehicle home. Now we need to schedule to bring it back. VERY inconvenient!
