It did not work out as well as expected. I was given a price, and your team went back on their word and the price. I spent 3hrs traveling to Spring, and another 3hrs in the office going back and forth with the team while they insulted me. Although we did come out to a much higher financial agreement, I did not feel it was a great agreement nor was it the one I traveled a great distance for. I was not happy with it, and I certainly was not happy with the customer service and time wasted in needless discussion. I've never received such poor service from any dealership or their employees. I will not shop there again and have already let friends, family, and Ford enthusiasts know about my experience.

I also want to add that you mentioned my satisfaction as being your "top priority". I was given that line as well by Oscar and his team. When they went back on their written agreement, I reminded them about how my satisfaction was supposed to be your top priority and that it was unethical to go back on their word. All those dealer promises and tag lines didn't matter to them. Only making more money on the deal. Really, was going back on $1500 for a $50k truck really worth getting this negative review and me badmouthing the dealership all over the internet? I deal in customer relations as well, and we would have kept our word to keep the customer happy.
