Lauren was an absolute pleasure from the very beginning, and was quick to respond to everything I needed no matter what was going on. She was super busy with everything going on at the dealer, but always made sure to give me the focused attention I needed with no pushback and no hesitation, even though I was calling from and residing in South Carolina. I purchased my car sight unseen, and definitely had my reservations – all of which were erased as soon as I walked in the showroom door. On top of all of this, my service advisor Harold and my parts advisor Bobby were unbelievable and invaluable to my whole experience - they worked with me at length (remotely I may add) and with such positivity and professionalism to get me exactly what I needed in record time. Just a few minutes on the phone and I was fully aware that everyone here knew exactly what they were doing and had a passion for BMWs themselves. I’m a hardcore and truly passionate BMW enthusiast and collector, and extremely particular as I am an vehicle test engineer for BMW, so I do not say this lightly when my expectations were blown away with this entire experience.
