I had a poor experience buying a BMW. I made an appointment and my Salesperson was busy with a walk-in. I had to wait and an Assistant was provided for a test drive which was fine, but then I had t appointment and my Salesperson was busy with a walk-in. I had to wait and an Assistant was provided for a test drive which was fine, but then I had to wait again upon my return. Once I sat with her she informed me she had another appointment soon and pretty much rushed me out the door telling me to refine my build online. It was such a poor experience I went across the street and bought another Mercedes. Too bad, I had a BMW in the past and enjoyed the car but considered if this is how this dealership treats their Customers this is not what I want. More
