Where to begin? I've purchased a total of 8 cars from dealerships, both new, cpo and used. Lauren at Otto's BMW is not only the best car sales professional I have ever worked with, she is one of the bes dealerships, both new, cpo and used. Lauren was amazing!!!!! The group bent over backwards to make sure everything went smoothly... I forgot my exciting registration card when I went to pickup car and they still found a way to make it work. make sure everything went smoothly...
