When this was “peak” Kia, then this was great. Now, it is crumbling. They no longer wash your car at the end of a service. They no longer are always professional. Several times while waiting I heard grumbling and complaining amongst the service staff and the sh** word. They no longer have snacks in the waiting area. They no longer leave a plastic bag over your seat when the car comes back and I found the start button to be greasy. Overall, service is “ok”. The time it took was fine and they were nice when talking directly to me. The price is also fair. But they are no longer above and beyond like they used to be. More

I had an appointment at 8:30. Only one car ahead of me. Then my car sat in the same spot for almost 1 1/2. I was told it would only take a few minutes to fix a recall.
