Service department presented as disorganized and lacking systems that allow for efficient communication between agents, technicians and Kia. It took an entire month for my car to be assessed for warranty co systems that allow for efficient communication between agents, technicians and Kia. It took an entire month for my car to be assessed for warranty coverage only to learn that if they had asked one question in the beginning, the answer would have been obvious. There were several encounters where I dropped off the car for more testing and then picked up car over the course of a month and either my keys couldn’t be found or my car couldn’t be located in the lot. The female agent was kind and communicated optimally once I expressed concern over the lack of updates. The male service agent was condescending and even sarcastic. I will not return for service and will try Phil Long Kia even though the drive is further. More

These folks are great. Now that they are a Faricy dealer, things are goint to improve greatly - I can already sense that. I took both my KIAs in for oil changes this week, and the Service Department is getting expanded, they are adding more techs, and it made me keenly aware that the old management didn't see things that were needed in the past. All of the service folks are happy about the new management, and that makes ME happy. I had bought a few Jeeps off Faricy inthe past, and they are great to work with. I am really glad they now own the KIA dealership we have used for a long time. If I could give these folks 10 ratings here, I would!!!! More

I came in for an oil change. The dealership performed a software update for the emission system. This update was done without my knowledge or approval. My vehicle which I once loved now shifts different,takes more gas pedal to get moving or climb a hill, and my gas mileage has dropped.All from a non-approved software update I was not informed they were going to do. Work orders should be approved by the customer and no additional work done without their approval. I want my Kia to perform the way it did before their update. More
