I cannot thank Regina Bias enough for the countless hours, phone calls AND emails involed in the purchase of my new Honda Pilot. Purchasing a new vehicle was a very difficult decision for me as I have hours, phone calls AND emails involed in the purchase of my new Honda Pilot. Purchasing a new vehicle was a very difficult decision for me as I have always had used cars. I went into the process with a list of 12 cars to test drive..... I know, I'm a "rare" individual. McKenney-Salinas Honda was the first dealership that I chose to test drive a Pilot and, because of Regina and the welcoming atmosphere of your other employees, it ended up being the final decision. I have always hated the process of purchasing a car, hence, why my last car was 13 years old. I am not one that likes to be pounced on the second I drive on a car lot. Thankfully, I did not experience that at McKenney-Salinas. Rest assured that while I may not purchase another vehicle for 10 more years, I can promise that I will have nothing but postive things to say about your dealership, Regina and the other employees and will, most definitely, refer family and friends to your dealership. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT MY CAR BUYING EXPERINCE WITH JOSH SIMMONS AT MCKENNEY SALINAS HONDA. I HAD ACTUALLY PLANNED ON BUYING MY CAR AT ANOTHER DEALER IN CHARLOTTE THAT WE HAD RECENTLY BROUGHT A CAR FOR JOSH SIMMONS AT MCKENNEY SALINAS HONDA. I HAD ACTUALLY PLANNED ON BUYING MY CAR AT ANOTHER DEALER IN CHARLOTTE THAT WE HAD RECENTLY BROUGHT A CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER AT. I WENT TO MCKENNEY TO JUST TO GET A PRICE SO I WOULD HAVE SOMETHING TO BARGIN WITH AT THE OTHER DEALER. I WENT WITH THE IDEA THAT I WAS GOING TO WASTE MY TIME BUT I NEEDED THAT BARGINING EDGE. MAN WAS I SUPRISED. WHEN WE GOT THERE WE WERE GREETED BY JOSH WHO WAS VERY NICE, NOT PUSHY AT ALL. I TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED AND THAT I WASN'T REALLY PLANNING ON BUYING, I WAS JUST LOOKING. JOSH TOOK US AROUND TO SEE THE CAR I ASKED ABOUT, EXPLAINED THINGS ABOUT THE CAR THAT OTHERS NEVER HAD AND WAS OVER ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY IMPRESSED BY HIM THAT WE THOUGHT LETS GIVE HIM A CHANCE AND SEE WHAT HE COULD OFFER US. IN A MATTER OF ONLY 2 HOURS TOTAL I BROUGHT THE CAR THAT I WANTED, I WAS GIVEN A GREAT PRICE ON MY TRADE IN ($1,000) MORE THEN I EXPECTED. THE FINANCE MANAGER WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. I DIDN'T HAVE TO GO THROUGH 4 PEOPLE ABOVE JOSH TELLING ME WHY I SHOULD BUY THE CAR AT MCKENNEY, OR HOW THEY WERE DOING ME THE BIGGEST FAVOR OF MY LIFE. THEY HONESTLY BELIEVED THAT THE CUSTOMER IS DOING THEM THE FAVOR OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM..THAT IS SO UNLIKE ANY CAR DEALER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. WHEN I PICKED UP MY CAR JOSH WENT OVER EVERYTHING IN THE CAR WITH ME. HE SET UP MY RADIO, MY HANDSFREE JAX AND A FEW DAYS LATER I EVEN GOT A PHONE CALL CHECKING TO SEE IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS AND HOW I LIKED MY CAR.. NEEDLESS TO SAY I LOVE MY HONDA CRV AND I AM SO HAPPY WITH MCKENNEY HONDA. MY ONLY REGRET IS THAT I DIDN'T FIND MCKENNEY HONDA AND JOSH BEFORE!!! DONNA MCCLAIN More
