Lauren is originally from Gastonia has been at the dealership for more than 10 years working in the internet department and is now in dealer operations. She is passionate about providing an excellent purchasing experience for customers. In her spare time she enjoys playing tennis, photography and spending time with family and friends. She also loves dogs and has two Dachshunds that make frequent visits to our store. Lauren is also a huge Carolina Panther’s fan.

The McKenney Salinas dealership had a car I had been searching for ... a white Saturn Sky. I found it online and the asking price was fair so we made the 3 hour trip. We were not disappointed. Upon our arrival we did not find sales people racing towards us from every direction as we have experienced at other dealerships and we were able to look the car over at our own pace before going inside. It would have been nice to have gotten the price down a bit or dodged the fees, but since the price was already reasonable, it was hard to argue. (Plus the car was beautiful and was very clean!) The customer service was great as well as their follow up to make sure we are satisifed. More

The internet quote (CJ) was very quick and they stood by their initial quote which was the best around. Tim Lawing was very fair and provided great communication throughout the sales process. They were never pushy and there was never any pressure. When I arrived for the vehicle Crystal Melton was there and Crystal and Tim were extremely helpful and professional. It was worth traveling 170 miles from Raleigh for the pleasant experience. More

Sales Associate, Andrew Caldwell, showed me the car I was interested in buying. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. During the test drive, he pointed out all the amenities that the interested in buying. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. When I decided to purchase the car and had to do the paperwork,Andrew had all the paper work in order and took the time to explain what each sheet entailed before I signed the paper work. He was very cordial and polite. Manager of Sales,Matt Huffman, negotiated the price of the car. He was straight froward and gave me a fantastic price on the car. I am completely satisfied with the service I received and recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car. More

Just purchased a New Honda Fit Sport! Embarrassed to say it was the first brand new vehicle I've ever owned!! The people at McKenney-Salinas were amazing!! I had so much trouble getting an honest price fr it was the first brand new vehicle I've ever owned!! The people at McKenney-Salinas were amazing!! I had so much trouble getting an honest price from 4 other Honda Dealers and when I presented the price McKenney-Salinas offered on the first contact with them NO ONE would match it. Two dealers said they were lying and I would be back to their lots. I showed up to McKenney-Salinas and drove off in 30 minutes with everything I asked for no pressure sale, no clear coat protection offer, no financing gimmick or dreaded Sales Manager meeting!! They did not make a lot on that car but treated me and my family like we owned the place. Seriously easy and awesome experience! More
