My review above was factual. Other people in the waiting room told me that waiting for service was the normal at Lexus. Your customers should be valued and their time should not be wasted but respected..
I have a husband at home who needed care. One person told me that she was warned about the lack of timeliness that is habitual. Another person said it’s your usual manner of operation. Wow!
Such a negative comment from Lexus owners.
Laurie is excellent and gave great service as always.
She has been with me for 3 Lexus autos that I have purchased. She is the reason I come back to Lexus.
