Gene, Ken, and Vern were very kind and accommodating. I changed my appointment 3 times. They even offered me pizza and cake while we worked on my purchase. This past weekend our lease was up. My husband insisted we return to Winner Ford because of the outstanding customer service Rick delivered three years ago. Not only was Rick still employed at Winner Ford he provided that same level of exemplary customer service. Rick is knowledgeable, efficient and gets the job done without all the hassle that goes along with purchasing and leasing automobiles. I can't recommend this gentleman and his coworkers enough. Lavern Ford, Domenic Rucci, and Doug Traher were phenomenal!!! They made the entire process stress free. This is our second experience with Rick and honesty if you are in the market to purchase or lease - do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache of dealing with an obnoxious salesman . Yikes, the team, Essi and Lavern, were so engaged, helpful and patient with us. Essi heard our list of wants, price point, etc and really delivered first car option! Looking forward to going back! I stayed behind with our 5 year old during the test drive and the sales team answered all of my questions, let us try out the car son the floor and generally seemed happy to have us around. More
