Prompt service with employees that listened, did not pressure, and tried to do what was right for us. I even told them about how the wheel coverage I had purchased on my previous car refused to pay for pressure, and tried to do what was right for us. I even told them about how the wheel coverage I had purchased on my previous car refused to pay for new tires, so they had Subaru cut me a reimbursement check. This was an amazing surprise and show of good faith. The financial guy also reworked things so that we got some good coverage without really increasing my monthly payments. This was the easiest and most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in a dealership. More

service Department's Darrel was helpful, friendly and professional in the service department. The repair was completed in a timely fashion. I had just purchased the vehicle a week before when the engine professional in the service department. The repair was completed in a timely fashion. I had just purchased the vehicle a week before when the engine light came on. Thankfully it was a certified pre-owned vehicle and the repair was covered by the warranty. From a sales perspective - I wish someone had taken the time to show me the car's features and how they work. I am also still waiting to receive an owner's manual since I did not realize until after the purchase that there was not one in the glove compartment. I've emailed and called the used sales manager, Jason. asking for a manual and an appointment to learn the vehicle's features. More
