I would not recommend this dealership. With 50% down they still gave me a high interest rate. I was supposed to get a special rate by a promotion they were having but they didn’t give me t With 50% down they still gave me a high interest rate. I was supposed to get a special rate by a promotion they were having but they didn’t give me the deal because I had mentioned I was gonna pre-pay the loan and she said I couldn’t have the special deal Because I was gonna pre-pay the loan. I originally didn’t want the vehicle because it had a dent in it and they said that they would get the dent fixed so I said OK. I trusted them and when I went to pick up the vehicle, the dent was still there. Now, of course they have my 50% down and I had to take the vehicle because I had a trip planned. Now I’m getting the runaround and I’m not getting my dent fixed which should’ve been fixed in the first place. The salesman also didn’t get a new inspection sticker for me. I thought that was part of their service and I might have even had to pay for it. I’m not sure. At any rate now I have to go get the inspection sticker. This was a lousy experience. More

Smooth purchase little glitch with communication on delivery. But they came through. Steve Munroe in commercial van sales went above and beyond with delivery bringing it up to NH in.
