The experience was very positive and so I recently returned with my daughter, to purchase her first car, a Honda. We were introduced to Mr. Lawrence Hinds, our assigned sales person and over a period of several weeks, he patiently guided us into understanding the various models in terms of practicality, pricing, safety and reliability. These transactions were particularly moving as Mr. Hinds was so paternal in dealing with my daughter, unknowingly filling the space her father (now deceased) would have occupied, a young girl's first car being a significant milestone at which Daddy's presence is a plus! Mr. Hinds was patient, reassuring and supportive of her concerns. We left the dealership feeling like we were saying goodbye to family.
