After reading negatives reviews on many Brooklyn car dealerships, my fiance and I were hesitant to buy our car locally. However, we didn't have to worry about Plaza Honda. Mr. Hinds is a true gentleman. He is very perceptive and helpful. He has great interpersonal skills and has mastered his customer service craft. I made the mistake of signing hastily and had a very upsetting epiphany. However, I must admit they were able to assist me and rectify the situation as best as a dealership can. No matter how nice and courteous they were, the bottom line is, this is a for profit organization and making the sale is of priority. Of course you can't blame them; again just be an educated consumer. More
