I am looking for comfort and a smooth ride in a safe reliable car. Mr. Hinds discussed features of the CRV like great leg room,good suspension, and reliability. He was attentive, yet not intrusive, a good listener, knowledgeable, with good sales presentation skills. I was looking to lease a car and ended up at a Honda dealership. The people there were rude and unprofessional. After having a horrible experience at that Honda dealership, I decided that I didn't want dealership. The people there were rude and unprofessional. However, my brother and a friend convinced me to go to Plaza Honda since they had bought their cars from there before and raved about the customer service. I decided to give it a shot and met Mr. Hinds. He was patient, respectful and extremely friendly. It was due to his great customer service that honestly I decided to ignore my horrific experience at the other dealership and get a car with Honda.
