I met Mr. Lawrence Hinds who was very patient, friendly, professional, and warm. He has an excellent knowledge of vehicles and was able to give me the ins and outs of each vehicle I asked about. He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in purchasing my vehicle a 2018 CRV. I was timid at first coming from a Toyota to a Honda, however I feel even more satisfied knowing that he made sure I was in the right car for me, instead of just any car. I have been back since my purchase and was saddened to hear he no longer worked in that department. My girlfriend also went after me to purchase a brand new vehicle and was told that he no longer worked there. After being given someone else she saw Mr. Hinds and found out that they told her a lie. Its a shame when people know what and who they want to deal with and are lied to by the dealership themselves just not to get the person they requested. In my book I would highly recommend his expertise to anyone in the market for a vehicle. And they are to ask to see Mr. Hinds regardless of what they are told. Sylvia Elcock-Als More
