The part was order. The part was in. The appointment was made. Went to appointment, sat for 2 1/2 hours only to be told that the part was not in. They couldn't have tol The part was in. I had my appointment yesterday for over two weeks to replace my phone charging pad in the car. When I made the appointment I was told the part was ordered and was in stock. SO I made my appointment. My husband and I sat for 2 1/2 hours yesterday only to be told after 2 1/2 hours that the part cant be found, you'll have to make another appointment. I am furious. They called this morning to say the part is now in. I don't want to make an appointment if I have to wait another 2 1/2 hours to be told the part is lost. Not very good customer service. Not happy at all! More
