I needed some tires installed on a F550 truck. I called the dealer and they were very happy to preform the work. During the work they noted a possible issue with a valve extender. It was brought I called the dealer and they were very happy to preform the work. During the work they noted a possible issue with a valve extender. It was brought to my attention and I approved the replacement. Once the work was completed I did not see any "greasy paw" prints on the truck or rims. I will defiantly use this dealership again for service. More

I didn't have issues with the services it's self, but did have an issue with a call back from the service department when my part was received. I went in with my 2019 Z71 for the engine light being on. They have an issue with a call back from the service department when my part was received. I went in with my 2019 Z71 for the engine light being on. They ordered a part back in July and never called me to let me know it was in and I needed to bring my truck in for the part to be installed. When I did call them about the part they said they've had it for over a month. This is unacceptable for customer care. Also, I told them I would need a loaner vehicle and when I get there to drop off my truck, I was told there wasn't one set aside for me. I told them I left a message with someone in the service department and was assured they would have me a loaner vehicle waiting for me. After a short 15 minute wait they brought me a loaner and I left. They service department has always been good to me, but this time they were lacking in customer service. The problem was resolved, but should have been handled correct from the beginning. I should have been call when my part was delivered to the dealership and not have me call and ask about it. More
