
Lee is originally from Cluj, Transylvania and has been working in the automotive industry since 2008. He joined Audi Atlanta in 2016. As a member of our Finance Department, Lee gives his absolute best to ensure that each client is as happy as possible while he facilitates between them and the banks. He is a family man who loves to laugh and lives life to the fullest by making the best out of any situation. Lee's favorite car is the Audi S7.

I have had quite a few experiences with Audi Atlanta and it is a pleasure working with these folks. Whether we can come to an agreement or not - the important thing is that I was always treated with respect it is a pleasure working with these folks. Whether we can come to an agreement or not - the important thing is that I was always treated with respect and taken care of. First shout out goes to Audrey Brazier. We actually texted for months before actually meeting and in person she was incredible to work with and full of personality. What I loved about Audrey was her communication in those months leading up to my lease maturity date. She was not overaly pushy and respected the boundaries that I set which was asking her to check in every month when the programs/incentives changed. And she did just that. I appreciated her listening and following through instead of spamming me. Outside of being a likable person - she is very knowledgable when it comes to structering is lease which was a relief and really sped up the process. She was also on top of everything ensuring that the buying process could be wrapped up as soon as possible. I think this was the quickest experience I've had purchasing a car and even accounting for a couple of test drives, we still were in and out in record time. Audrey was also very knowledgable about the car which is hit or miss these days. And understandably so because these car linups are ridiculous and there's so much new tech to keep up with, but she was on top of it. I'm hoping she's still around so I can work with her in the future. Lee Andreica was our Finance Director for the tranaction and he was nice to work with. He was funny and brought some levity to a rather serious moment where peopel can be stressed. What I liked about Lee was his consultative approach. Anyone with ample car buying experience knows that the Finance office can be dreadful but Lee made it painless and QUICK which was a plus. Lee allowed us time to review the options presented to us and discuss among oursleves and was knowledgable about the various options which can seem confusing. Lastly, Michael Gerbick who's the GM was great. He runs a tight operation and is very professional. Echoing my previous statement - it's all about respect and Michael shows that even when the customer and the business are at odds. You can see the trickle down effect based on how everyone in the operation acts. Everyone is courteous and professional and it's clear that a high standard has been set. Oh and lastly lastly..Service Department is probably hated more than the Finance office, but they have always been great to work with. Service is often stressfull and can involve bad news, but they are patient, respectful and more importantly true advisors when it comes to making what could be costly decisions. More

To think that this place was going to give me above and beyond customer service is beyond me. I do not recommend buying from this Audi, specifically because all they care about is the money. I will say this in the most respectful way, but their customer service is horrible. I bought a car from them in May and it started having problems in June. The car started consuming a lot of oil and the quoted me a almost $5,000.00 bill to “fix” the problem, but they did not guarantee the fix. Mind you, I had purchased Fidelity warranty and they told me they did not want to make the claim because they knew it was going to get denied. I will say they worked with me waiving the diagnostic fee, which I appreciated. However, it is truly disappointing they let me buy a car the had mechanical issues. I spoke to a senior service advisor and he couldn’t work with me on the price, I spoke to the salesperson and he offered me to get me into a new car, I spoke to another agent and he told me Audi said they could only offer me $1,000.00 of off my almost $5,000.00 bill. This felt like a clear disrespect and was a huge disappointment because I went to Audi the day I traded in my car because of an oil consumption problem and they put me in a new car with the same oil consumption problem. I asked the salesperson if the car was fully inspected and he assured me it was - come to find out it needs a PCV valve replacement and a piston soak, and on top of that they told me my brakes were at less than 50% life. He assured me that the car was inspected and serviced and ready to go, but it was all lies. They wanted me to trade in my car AGAIN, but I will no longer be doing business with them because the trust is gone. From my experience, I truly do not recommend buying from here ever again. To think that this brand stands for luxury over customer service is horrifying. More

I recently visited Audi Atlanta and had an exceptional experience. After totaling my car a few weeks ago, I was in the market for a new one. I had my previous car for about nine years and wasn’t planning experience. After totaling my car a few weeks ago, I was in the market for a new one. I had my previous car for about nine years and wasn’t planning on buying a new one anytime soon, but life had other plans. While exploring my options, I decided to check out Audi Atlanta. The General Manager, Michael Gerbick, introduced me to Micah, who helped me find the right car. Micah not only found me the perfect car but also got me a great deal. Throughout the entire process, Michael worked hard to ensure I was taken care of. Both of them made my buying experience genuinely enjoyable. I will be a Jim Ellis customer going forward, and when my wife is ready to trade in her Honda Pilot for a Tahoe, we’ll definitely be buying from their Chevrolet store.
