We live in Madison, WI and found a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander in white online in "build status" for this dealership ... most of these SUVs are sold before they even get to the dealership ... we contacted Lee Ann and she reserved the vehicle for us as well as worked with Toyota to take running boards that were pre-scheduled to be installed off of the vehicle ... we didn't want running boards on our SUV ... she gave us a timeline of when the SUV would be built and delivered to the dealership ... the timeline was dead on ... we picked up the vehicle on the date that was given to us a month or more earlier. If you want to have a enjoyable buying experience Lee Ann is easy to talk to, knowledgeable, will explain all of the vehicles features, and will keep you up to date ... give her a call!!!!! More
