Jeff Hallenbeck is a patient man; and his patience, honesty, and kindness made this sale. During times when Jeff could not be reached, his co-workers pitched in and cheerfully assisted with my many requests (e.g. measure this, what color is that? how is the wear on this, etc etc). The company picked by Benz and Beemer to deliver the auto did a good job. The driver, Paul, was patient as my mechanic combed over the SUV. The report was good, we shined the SUV and have enjoyed dependable transportation since. The tires were in the condition stated, the interior and exterior was as good as represented. Buying a vehicle off the internet sight unseen has some risk. I have bought over the inter-net and the auto was not as described (e.g. an slk from FLA which had paint work when the seller represented otherwise). However, dealing with Jeff was refreshing. He insisted that if the car was not as he stated, load it on the truck and send it back. We had a good experience with Benz and Beemers and Jeff Hallenbeck. More

This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership, and I was very skeptical. I was in the market for a used trade-in that was reasonably priced, and was truly a quality car. I feel very lucky to have been able to work with Kim Shroyer for my search. He took my persoanl limitations into review, and lined me up with a nice used Saturn. The sale was absolutely no pressure (I'm very sensitive to this). Kim was helpful, enthusiastic, and professional. The attention I received was personalized and complete. Kim put me at ease. I was self-conscious about not being able to afford a more expensive car, but Kim didn't bat an eye. He even was able to apply my own tired car to the purchase, which knocked down my out-of-pocket cost. I found the other staff members to be very attentive and customer focused. I needed to get a cosmetic adjustment after my purchase, and I found the other sales reps and Benz & Beemer staff to be helpful and efficient. I just wanted to say a little something about my experiance with this company, first off oursale Jeff Hallenback was very pollite and knowledgeble, we started off talking over the phone, and he answ experiance with this company, first off oursale Jeff Hallenback was very pollite and knowledgeble, we started off talking over the phone, and he answered all of my question without pressuring me to come down to the store, I told him how I dont like to deal with car salesmen who hound you or wont give you info unless you come down first, Jeff did none of that, I also had told him that I was looking at other dealers to and that I would get back with him on the car. Well Jeff took to heart what I said about hounding me, he didn't keep calling me back trying to get me to come down, if fact he waited a couple of days then followed up with me, well he had caught me at the right time because my wife and I were getting ready to go look at another dealer that had the same car, He told me if I came and saw him the he would see what kind of deal he could workout without pressuring me or waisting our time. Well long story short he keep his word and made us a deal that we were good with, in fact it was such a none pressure situation and easy going that we ended up looking at another car while we were there, one actaully for myself, the same situation happend with this car, there was no pressure and hounding, so we ended up buying two cars from Jeff, go figured I only wanted to buy one for my wife, but they had such a wide selection of cars, I end up finding a corvett which I have been kind of looking for under the radar for a couple of years, well they had several to choice from and the one I ended up buying definately had my name on it. Good job Jeff, you killed two birds one one stone, and you didn't even have to throw it, thanks for the good experiance, happy customer. More

First of all, the 10-day return policy is fantastic. I bought a BMW Z4 from Alex, but after a few days, wasn't comfortable with how low it was to the ground. I'm a tall guy and it's hard for me to get in bought a BMW Z4 from Alex, but after a few days, wasn't comfortable with how low it was to the ground. I'm a tall guy and it's hard for me to get in and out. So, I brought the car back and they got me into a 2008 Infiniti G35 for the same payment as the car I originally traded (2008 Ford Fusion). A great deal and the Infiniti is awesome. Lee even went to bat for me with the bank to keep a low rate and low down payment. Trevor and Chris are easy-going. Overall, a great experience. I would certainly go back! More

When i did finally decide that i wanted that car, Ray did everything he could to make the process go as quick and smooth as possible. We were met on the lot by Kim S. he was very friendly and knowledgable about the inventory. Kim showed us several cars in our price range and was very patient with our questions.
