Had an awesome experience at Wilkins Hyundai's service center, all thanks to Lee Miranda. From the get-go, Lee was super chill and explained everything that was happening with my car. I was kept in the loop the whole time. Lee and his team were quick but didn't cut corners—my car runs like a dream now. He even followed up after to make sure everything was cool on my end. I think that Wilkins is a good dealership for having your car serviced. They inform you about the repairs being completed on your car. If you leave w/i a 10 mile radius they will take you home and pick you u car serviced. They inform you about the repairs being completed on your car. This is the second time I have brought my car in for a problem and a week later my air conditioner isn’t working. Last year this same thing happened. I chalked it up as coincidence. This year rough a y problem and a week later my air conditioner isn’t working. Last year this same thing happened. I chalked it up as coincidence. This year rough a year later, my car was in for a battery replacement. Battery is fixed but now the air doesn’t work. Seems odd?? Also a week to diagnosis and replace a battery is too long. Sad to say i will not be buying another Hyundai. I have been a long time owner of Hyundai vehicles. But time to move on. More
