Had an appointment at 7 am for first service and oil change. Got there 6:55 am. After complaining multiple times I finally got my Truck back at 2:30

The waiting area in the lobby was very full, but luckily some nice customers moved around so me and my son could have a seat. Even your customers are nice people 😉.
Our service technician today was Mr. MITCH BURGDORF and he was very helpful, approachable, efficient, and kind. Honestly your entire staff was wonderful and it's always a pleasure seeing you all in action. Please thank the kind gentleman with the desk directly behind Mr. BURGDORFS for being so thoughtful by giving my son a small toy to play with while we waited in the lobby. This made a huge difference in our overall experience and I'm grateful for such kind and thoughtful people that work in your service center. Truly thank you for your kindness because car repairs are not always fun. Faith in humanity was restored by both your staff and the kindness of your customers while getting our vehicle serviced today 🥰.
