Upon entering their showroom, I was very warmly greeted by Lee Turner. I mentioned to Lee that I was scheduled to see their Internet guy Chris Hagan, then Lee intro'd me to a guy at the rear counter, who's by Lee Turner. This other guy told me that Chris was off that day, so he guided me back to Lee. I'll be brief. Both Lee & the other gent both made me feel very welcome with NO pressure, and though I didn't buy a vehicle there, they made me feel very welcomed and comfortable, which is hard to encounter in a car dealership. They both assessed my trade in and both agreed it is a clean car, which I already know, and with low odometer reading for a 2006 model year car. If & when I decide to buy a Ford, I will come back to Ford of Londonderry. More

There is ZERO pressure, they are all friendly, helpful, and very professional, and they make you their focus. There is no sales pitch, you don't get manipulated into buying things you don't want or need, and no one "spies" on your conversations when you are waiting to hear the payment deals. Lee Turner is an excellent salesman who gets to know his customers and whose focus is on providing high quality customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More

this is the first time i have dealt with a dealership on my own and purchased a brand new car on my own. I am very pleased with the service i received each time i go in there. BJ in the colision center went out of his way to set up with my insurance carrier to set up a direct pay service so i can continue to go there for assistance. They send you coupons in the mail all the time for service. Would definitely buy another car thru them again. No hassel or power plays cuz i am a female either. very happy! More

While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, Lee was very helpful and friendly. I'm possibly interested in purchasing a new vehicle in the next year or so and he was more then willing to go through the cars helpful and friendly.
