I was considering turning my Jeep, Wrangler in and I was not sure what brand or even make of a new motor vehicle I wanted or could afford. I knew I wanted a four wheel drive. I had stopped by one other dealership in Massachusetts and got the run around, and several phone calls. I bought at the Ford of Londonderry initial because of the salesperson. He discussed a fair price for the trade in I had and for the Ford, Escape that I bought. If he and the Sales Manager did not act as professional as they did and discuss the sale in the way that they did I would have probably waited, and may not have bought a new motor vehicle. They were very professional,helpful, and fair. I am not someone who has always had a great experience at a car dealership, so for me to give them a five star rating really means something. Check their dealership out it will be worth it. More

Excellent sales assistance, before, during, and after the sale. Salesman was there to answer questions, and explain features of navigation system, sync and other features. Great dealership. Lee was friendly and easy to work with. The trade in appraisal was fast and the financing was a breeze. I walked in to look at the truck at 1:30PM and walked out with it at 5:00PM i with. The trade in appraisal was fast and the financing was a breeze. Lee is more than just a salesman. He is more of friend than just someone trying to sell a new or used car. When I was thinking about purchasing a new truck, he gave me advise about the different models. than just someone trying to sell a new or used car. When I was thinking about purchasing a new truck, he gave me advise about the different models. He was extremely knowledgable about Ford products, and shared that knowledge with me. That made is so much easier for me to choose just what I was wanting and needing. This 2010 was my third Sport Trac that I had purchased from Londonderry Ford, with Lee as my salesman. After each purchase he made calls to me asking how I was enjoying the new truck and to be sure I was not having any problems. Lee has become someone that I am proud to know. If you are thinking of making a purchase, I would very highly recommend Ford of Londonderry, and Lee Turner. More

My 17 year old daughter was in need of a car. I am a single mom and went alone to numerous car dealerships in NH. I felt like every dealership I went to was trying to take advantage of me and every car single mom and went alone to numerous car dealerships in NH. I felt like every dealership I went to was trying to take advantage of me and every car that I looked at (at least 20) was a piece of junk. The last dealership I went to in manchester actually had me in tears because the car they wanted to sell me actually had a 1 foot rip right on the hood. My Mom referred me to Lee. I called lee and explained that I needed a reliable car for my daughter and told him I had approx $6500 to spend. He told me he would keep his eye out for me and call as soon as he had something he thought I would like. Lee kept his word and called in about 2 weeks saying I think I found it! It was a Rodeo Izuzu in mint condition...Lee actually took it to a garage for me and paid out of his own pocked for the mechanic to look it over. Also this car was stickered at over $7000 which Lee knew was over my budget so without hesitation or me asking, he got the price down to what I had to spend! Never was there any pressure or stress when puchasing this vehicle...Lee made sure I loved the car and still calls once in awhile to see how its running...and it is running great!! Lee is the only one I will purchase any car from in the future and when I hear of anyone looking for a vehicle I will say dont go anywhere else but to see Lee at Ford of Londonderry! I was driving along the road, and spotted Ford of Londonderry from the main street. It caught my attention from the beginning. When I pulled up, not one hassled me. It was amazing just to take a look Londonderry from the main street. It caught my attention from the beginning. When I pulled up, not one hassled me. It was amazing just to take a look around outside. If I had questions, I knew where to ask. I went inside, and asked, Lee Turner a couple questions about the car I was looking at. From there on, it was smooth sailing. From time to time, he will even call me and check up to make sure I am still satisfied with my purchase. Great people and great company. More

Great experience. I worked with Jeff Brunini (the internet manager) who gave me a great price...right in line with Edmund's pricing. Lee Turner finalized the deal. I bought my prior F-150 from Lee ba internet manager) who gave me a great price...right in line with Edmund's pricing. Lee Turner finalized the deal. I bought my prior F-150 from Lee back in 2003. I had a great buying experience then and I had a great buying experience again. This dealership is very friendly, they follow up on the sale and are there to help out with any questions. Chuck, the finance manager, is not your typical finance manager. He does not push you into extended warranties or other items you may or may not want. I truly feel that they are there to sell you a vehicle at the best possible price. My prior F-150 has been serviced there since 2003. My experience with the setvice department has been very positive. My former F-150 has never let me down and to this day runs like a top. I intend on having my new F-150 serviced at this dealership as I did my former F-150 even though I have two other Ford dealers closaer to my house. Londonderry Ford if worth the trip. You will not be disappointed. More
