This is a very good car dealership you can find a car you like easily. I like the new staffs approach than before because he is friendly and dedicated to customers. This is the first time I have been unsatisfied with my service. When my brand new car was delivered the tire was flat and missing a cap. When my car went in for service all they did was patch the hole wit service. When my brand new car was delivered the tire was flat and missing a cap. When my car went in for service all they did was patch the hole without even providing the missing tire cap as promised. My sales rep blamed the leaking tire on the weather. The day after my car was delivered the corner of the windshield cracked without the car ever being moved, or driven. Again it was blamed on the weather and I was told it would be fixed during the first service appointment but it wasn't. Very unhappy with Big Star Cadillac for treating my car like a Kia. More
