The names of the people involved are GM Leigh Farrell, Sales manager Steve Chanis and Sale person Bill Hoblitzell. I came into the store at about 15 minutes prior to closing and was treated like the clock didn’t matter, test drive numbers and close took about 40 minutes. The way they all engaged us was outstanding and deserves a high five. The total transaction was seamless and flawless which is a tribute to Mr. Catena’s way of doing business open and transparent from beginning to end. Nick has answered calls when he’s not working and always delivered in a timely fashion when I’ve called him at work. He has never oversold me and has continued to be part of my cars life long after I have left the dealership. I am not a warm and fuzzy person and am not looking for a “yes” man but an honest one, that’s why I needn’t look any further and I am waiting for the arrival of my 6th now. Leigh has also been nothing but kind, helpful and understanding. No concern has been to great or small for her to handle and truly listen and resolve. More

Pleasant Surprise I initially brought my wife's car into the dealership for a regular scheduled service. While walking around the customer service area, I met Alex and I initially brought my wife's car into the dealership for a regular scheduled service. While walking around the customer service area, I met Alex and asked him about the pros and cons of leasing vs owning. After a brief but very informative conversation, I knew it was time to change my approach to car ownership. Long story short, I left the dealership and returned 2 hours later...with my wife. We drove away a short time later in a beautifully upgraded lease. My wife now drives a vehicle she loves (and we significantly reduced her car payment). It was a really good day! Overall awesome experience. We'll definitely be back for our next upgrade. Great job Alex. More
