As posted previously: General Sales manager also emailed me: "Sorry again for the misunderstanding. Good luck in your vehicle search." The "Good luck in your vehicle search" is not welcoming nor showing any interest in "making it right." It is saying go someplace else. The problem has already been presented with a perfunctory apology of "sorry for the misunderstanding." The fact that I could not even get an answer on the interest rate presented in the monthly payments is not being above board and honest. I fully suspect that it was an attempt to sell me a loan with a high interest rate from which a commission would have been paid to Lundgren from the lending institution. Only from using online car loan calculators was I able to ascertain that the interest rate was 6.9%. That is like the highest possible interest rate. Len did not answer my question about the interest rate reflected in the monthly payments. He did not say that the actual payments could be different with other interest rates. In my opinion it was all very deceptive. I have heard excellent things about Lundgren and am very surprised and disappointed at my actual experience.

Thank you for reaching out to me. I brought my 2012 crv in for oil change and tire rotation which I do faithfully. Discussed with Josh Healy what Honfa recommended at this time declined everything being 2 days before Christmas. He printed out a p!an for services in the future so I could budget accordingly. When vehicle was done I was being charged $157 for I still dont know what. I asked for service manager when Dan Kristoff came over being very agressive, rude and borderline abusive. He accused me of calli g Josh a liar, told me hecould ban me from the dealership and yanked my keys out of my hand. It was awful. I paid the bill to get out of there and called Len Robinson who was wonderful and later got acall from Ashley tnat I was getting a credit of $52 and some change. I have never been treated so badly before and am still so upset as I did not deserve that at all. Very disappointed that Lundgren would have someone like Dan Kristoff working for them but kudos to Len Robinson.
