I am very happy with my sales experience with Leng Huang, who is an excellent Salesperson. She was patient, honest, straight-forward, warm, and helpful. She is a genuinely nice person. I would describe the sales experience with her as "relaxed". At no time did I feel pressured or that I was being manipulated. When I wandered onto the lot for the first time and began looking at the vehicles in which I had interest, she came outside (wearing her mask), to greet me and the process began from there. She patiently showed me and afterwards my girlfriend, (who came up to the dealership after I phoned her), the features and advantages of seating configurations of the vehicle. That process took awhile as we looked at several models. The next morning, I phoned her after reading about the incidence of catalytic converter theft on hybrid vehicles, and was satisfied with the response I received from Ms. Huang, as well as the Service Manager, to whom she connected me. As a result, I now own my first Toyota vehicle. As I purchased a Toyota with the intention of driving the vehicle at least 10 years, I don't expect to be consulting her for regarding a new vehicle purchase anytime soon. Regardless, I was impressed by the way Ms. Huang took the time to show me certain features of the vehicle, connect my iPhone, and explain how Toyota will pick up the cost of the first several scheduled maintenance visits. She even took a few minutes to introduce the Service Department. It was clear that she takes great pride in selling Toyota's and representing Suburban Toyota of Troy. Suburban Toyota of Troy should take great pride in Leng Huang too! More

Leased a car from Leng Huang and she told me that they have a gmc dealership so they can take my car and not charge me for my last 2 months and my disposition fee. She then told us we will get a check for have a gmc dealership so they can take my car and not charge me for my last 2 months and my disposition fee.
